It’s been a crazy week with over a dozen more lambs born, another farrow of 8 piglets and 2 calves born in 24 hours!

  • REMINDER: No Meat Club pickup on Friday, March 29 (5 Fridays in March). Next pickup will be on Friday April 5. 
  • You’ll see our new farm store was delivered to the farm. We’ll share more details about our plans for that building, but in the meantime pickup is in the same place as usual.
  • Easter Leg of Lamb! We have leg of lamb for sale for your Easter roast! Both bone-less and bone-in are available for $12 a pound. Email or call us (215-896-1685) if you would like to place an order.

Your pasture-raised meat cuts are ready for pickup! Here’s what’s in your bag for Friday, March 15: 

Lamb: Lamb stew meat and lamb sirloin steak!

Pork:  Pork steak and our thick-cut bacon!

Beef:  Steak week! We have a mix of beautiful Rib Steaks or NY strip steaks this week. Our 50+ lb subscribers will also see a rump roast and ground beef in addition to their steak.

Chicken: We love this Coca Cola and Soy-Braised chicken recipe this weelk. Try it out for a weekend feast!

Eggs: Easter is coming! Reminder to check out this guide for perfect hard-boiled eggs.

Easter Lamb Leg Sale:
We have leg of lamb for sale for your Easter roast! Both bone-less and bone-in are available for $12 a pound. Average weight for the bone-in is 4.5 lbs and the boneless is around 3.75 lbs. Email or call us (215-896-1685) if you would like to place an order.
