Farm Open House

Visit the farm tomorrow from 1-5 PM for a community open house! We’ve met a lot of great people in our community this summer who see all the activity in our field along Secor Road and we wanted to offer an opportunity for everyone to see what we’ve been up to. We’re excited to give everyone a closer look at our pastures, our animals, our grazing systems and our new hoop house for our egg-laying hens!

We’ll set up the grill and a place to visit with friends on the hill near our grey barn (the Meat Club pickup location). Our menu will feature grass-fed burgers straight from our field. We’ll start a walking farm tour every 30 minutes or so from our grey barn, answer questions and provide more information about our approach to responsible animal husbandry and livestock care. We’ll also have our ground beef, eggs by the dozen and Great Lakes Chesnock Red garlic for sale (and we can finally take credit cards at the farm!).

Please park along the driveway. We’ll have folks helping out with parking and directing visitors on where to go.

Our September-December Meat Club is open for subscriptions!

Reminder that we also have spots available in our September-December Meat Club! All of our ordering for the Club is now handled through our new platform and please reach out to Adam or Dave if you have any questions or trouble with ordering. We’re wide open to feedback about the new platform and would love to hear from you.

If you find you ordered too much or not enough this summer, this is a great time to adjust your order, or simply consult with us about how much might be right for you. It’s also a great time to re-join if you’ve been away for a short time or traveling over the summer.
