Gratitude Eggs

Gratitude eggs: To thank everyone for being a member, we invite you to take an extra dozen eggs with your box this week.  The hens are waking up for Spring and making up for the darkest days of Winter.  Whether your order includes eggs or not, we urge you to take an extra dozen.  Your breakfasts will thank you for it.

Special pick-up instructions:  You are welcome to pick up Friday, but please ask Dave or Adam to retrieve your red box from the employee freezer.  The customer freezer needed some untimely repairs so boxes may not be in it until Saturday.  Dairy and eggs are in their usual places.  Look for us around the barn.

Tell us what you want:  There is a survey posted in the pick-up area.  We are considering offering a vegetable CSA from a partner farm.  We also have lard, organs and soup bones.  Tell us which ones interest you!

Get ready for a new recipe series
One of Anavery’s goals is inspire and assist our members to cook more at home.  Added to the bi-weekly newsletter will be a new recipe series written by fellow Meat Clubber Chad Kirchner (with graphic design by farmhand Jack Cantlon).  The recipes are accessible and practical, and will help you refine standard techniques and learn a few new ones.
