  • Important: Whole Chickens are delayed by 1 day. Chickens will be ready at 1:00 PM on Saturday, August 17. We are processing our next batch of chickens TODAY! If you are a chicken-only customer, feel free to come by anytime starting tomorrow. If you order both chicken and beef, pork or lamb, your other meat is ready. Sorry for the delay!
  • This is the last Meat Club pickup for Summer, 2024. The first September-December Meat Club pickup will take place on Friday, September 6. Sign up today for the fall Meat Club.
  • Fresh smoked salmon and whitefish is back in stock.
  • Hall’s Sweet Corn is here! Get all the sweet corn you need for the weekend for $.75 an ear.
  • Flowers are popping! Bouquets in a jar in our store today are $15 and they are stunning

Your pasture-raised meat cuts are ready for pickup! Here’s what’s in your bag for Friday, August 16: 

Lamb: Lamb stew meat! Stew season is coming. We also included lamb sirloin or leg steaks along with your stew meat.

Pork:  Ground pork this week along with ground pork breakfast sausage.

Beef:  Our 25-pound subscribers will see mostly ground beef this week. A few of you may also see a sirloin tip steak because our accounting showed that you were owed a little extra based on what you’ve received so far. Our 50+ pound subscribers will see ground beef and a brisket! Never cooked a brisket before? Here are some great recipe ideas:

Michigan-caught Great Lakes Fish is here! We’re thrilled to announce our partnership with Massey Fish Co. of St. Ignace, MI. All our fish is wild caught (no farmed fish) in Michigan waters of Lakes Michigan and Huron.
