Your pasture-raised meat cuts are ready for pickup! Here’s what’s in your bag for Friday, May 17:
Lamb: French Rack!
Pork: Our favorite cut on the entire farm! Pork steaks! Sprinkle with coarse kosher salt and pepper, air out uncovered in the fridge for at least 8 hours and hit it on a hot grill until 130-135 in the center. Perfect.
Beef: Our beef breakfast sausage is back! Eat it in patties or ground in an omelet with your favorite hot sauce. We also included some beef shanks, which are perfect for pulled beef sandwiches all summer long on the smoker or slow cooker.
Chicken: The weather is warming up. Try this Buffalo Chicken Salad.
Eggs: Don’t. be afraid of poached eggs! Especially for a big brunch group in this recipe for poached eggs for a crowd.
