Summer isn’t over yet! But it is time to register for our Fall 2024 Meat Club, expanded now to include a possible share of Michigan-caught wild Great Lakes Fish!
Fall 2024 Meat Club:
- Our Fall 2024 Meat Club is open for new or returning subscriptions.
- How does it work? If you’re new to Anavery or just signed up to our email list, visit this website to learn a little more about how it works.
- Support local fishing! We’re adding a wild-caught Great Lakes Fish Share! Our Fish Share is $25 per pickup – ($200 for 8 total pickups).
- Over the course of 8 pickups you’ll receive: frozen salmon, walleye and whitefish filets 3 times, fresh smoked chunks of whitefish or salmon 3 times, and smoked fish pate (cherry/smoked whitefish, smoked salmon and smoked lake trout) twice.
- All our fish is caught in Michigan waters of Lakes Michigan and Huron and comes from Massey Fish Co. in St. Ignace, MI.
Meat Club pickups will take place in our store during store hours, Monday through Saturday from 1 PM to 6 PM. We can arrange after-hours pickups if necessary.
Starting this summer with the opening of our store, eggs, milk and cheese can now be purchased when you come by to pick up your bag. (We used to offer subscriptions for those). We’ll have everything stocked for you to grab and pay for when you pick up your Meat Club.
Farm Market Update:
- Come visit us at the Glen Arbor Farmer’s Market, which takes place on Tuesdays from 9 AM – 1 PM at the Glen Arbor Town Hall
New and Restocked Products at the Anavery Farm Store:
- Our store is open! We’re here Tuesday through Saturday from 1 to 6 PM.
- We have our natural casing, uncured beef Hot Dogs back in stock!
- Our dogs are made with 100% our pasture-raised beef and our heritage pork fat. They are smoked and feature a natural casing for the perfect snap off your summertime grill.
- We have a variety of other products available:
- Brine and Vine Sauerkraut
- A wide variety of gouda from DeVor Creamery
- Garlic Parmesan and Greek Gyro Lamb Brats
- Beer Cheese Pork Brats
- Mushroom Swiss Pork Brats
Pasture-Grown Flower Update:
- Flowers are popping! Flowers have started to bloom, have you noticed them when you drive through? At the store we have bouquets in a jar, ready to go and some wrapped bouquets too.
- Bouquets in a jar at $12 while the large paper-wrapped bouquets are $15.
- Reach out if you are interested in a larger quantity of flowers for an upcoming event.
- Our regenerative flowers are raised on our pasture and we use our own sheep’s wool as mulch! Share some joy and pick them up while they last.
