Your pasture-raised meat cuts are ready for pickup! Here’s what’s in your bag for Friday, August 2:
Lamb: Lamb shoulder roast this week, along with possibly some ground lamb depending on the size of your shoulder.
Pork: Pork chops this week! We also featured jowel bacon for all our pork subscribers this week, which is perfect for the best BLT sandwich.
Beef: We hope you enjoyed our natural casing, uncured hot dogs this week. It’s STEAK WEEK! Our 25 lb subscribers will see a beautiful tenderloin and a chuck steak this week. Our 50+ pound subscribers will see a ribeye, a larger chuck steak and possibly some ground beef this week.

Michigan-caught Great Lakes Fish is here! We’re thrilled to announce our partnership with Massey Fish Co. of St. Ignace, MI. All our fish is wild caught (no farmed fish) in Michigan waters of Lakes Michigan and Huron.
